All UMW Campuses (Fredericksburg, Stafford and Dahlgren) will be closed on Friday, December 5.
Classes in all modalities are cancelled on Friday, Dec. 5. Public events are also cancelled through the end of the day.

The Fitness Center will open for adjusted hours today, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. All programming is cancelled, including: Group Fitness classes, Intramural Sport Club practices, Open Rec Swim, and Outdoor Rec Activities.
Snow emergency parking regulations started at 5 p.m. on Thursday, extended overnight and remain in effect until 10 a.m. Saturday, December 6. The top levels of the Eagle Village Parking Deck and Alvey Parking Deck are closed along with the Alvey Drive hill. The Alvey Deck and lots can be accessed from Sunken Road. Even when cleared, areas may refreeze, so please navigate campus with caution. For any campus facilities or grounds concerns related to winter conditions, please submit a work order request.
Employees who can work from home (telework) are expected to do so during inclement weather closures. Those unable to work remotely should contact their supervisor for options. Essential personnel should report at their scheduled time, and if they have any questions, contact their supervisor.
