Dr. Pete Kelly

Professor of Education and Dean of the College of Education

Pete Kelly is Professor of Education and Dean of the College of  Education, University  of Mary Washington. Pete taught special education for eight years working primarily with students with emotional and behavioral disorders in middle school, psychiatric hospital settings, and in prison before completing his Ph.D. in special education at the University of Kansas.
