Xiaofeng Zhao, professor of the College of Business, earned a Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee, an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, an M.Ph. from Northwestern University, and a B.S. from Xian Jiaotong University, China. He is an expert on quantitative methods and business analytics with applications in operations and supply chain management.
Dr. Zhao’s work has been published in numerous scholarly journals and conference proceedings, including the Journal of Management Analytics, Management Decision, Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, and the Decision Science Institute proceedings. He recently presented at the Decision Science Institute Annual Meeting and the INFORMS Annual Meeting.
Dr. Zhao is a member of the Decision Science Institute, the Institute of Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS) and Beta Gamma Sigma, the business honor society.
Dr. Zhao teaches business analytics, quantitative business modeling, service management, and operations management.
