The policy request forms are available to request changes or additions to the UMW Policy Manual in BoardDocs. The policy request forms are for use by Policy Committee members only.
If you have a policy that needs to be reviewed, revised, created, and/or retired in the UMW Policy Manual in BoardDocs, please contact your policy committee representative.
Create a Policy
Submit the Create a Policy form to add a policy to BoardDocs. Please submit the policy in the UMW Policy Template Form.
Review a Policy
Submit the Policy Review form to confirm that a policy has been reviewed and that no changes are necessary.
Revise a Policy
Submit the Policy Revision form to make revisions to a policy in BoardDocs.
Retire a Policy
Submit the Retire a Policy form to retire a policy from BoardDocs.
