Residential Students Key or Lock Issues
Lost/Misplaced/Stolen Keys
If a key to a residence hall room or apartment has been lost/misplaced or stolen key go to South Hall immediately to file a Police Report. This will initiate a Locksmith work order request to change the lock. This is to ensure the safety of the residents.
Note: Students should not complete a facilities work order request for a lost or stolen key.
Broken Lock
If the lock on a residence hall or apartment room door is not working submit a work order to have it repaired.
Unreturned key/lock change/replacement charges
$125 for all residential spaces.
