Mission
The mission of Residence Life and Housing is to provide housing to all students who need or want it over the course of their tenure at the University of Mary Washington. The department is committed through its partnerships, practices and policies to provide equal access to all residential students in a variety of housing options.
Residence Life and Housing supports students in our residence halls and builds communities that promote success, learning, and personal wellness. This is achieved by affording students opportunities that encourage their engagement, growth and development so that they find a sense of belonging on campus during their college experience.
Vision
Residence Life and Housing strives to provide a living environment where all students can be successful at the University of Mary Washington.
