Title IX Training Materials
Per Title IX regulations, 34 CFR 106.45, the The University of Mary Washington provides the following information on materials used to train Title IX administrators, including coordinators, investigators, decision makers and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process. The University also provides information on trainings completed by personnel with Grand River Solutions (GRS). The University of Mary Washington contracts with GRS to facilitate investigations and hearings related to Title IX formal complaints.
