Next Steps as a Transfer Student

  1. Complete the 2025-2026 FAFSA and add UMW to the application.
    • Need help completing the application? Visit Completing the FAFSA for helpful tips.
  2. Apply for the College Transfer Grant, if eligible.
  3. Review your award letter through you Admissions Portal.
  4. Log into your Banner account and complete any financial requirements.
  5. Sign-up for a Payment Plan (Optional)
  6. Add a Delegated User to your account.
  7. Add an Authorized Payer to your account.
