Chart of descriptions of common residence hall charges. The amount charged for each category of charge is variable and dependent upon the severity of the damage caused.

9006Paint Repair/RepaintChipped Paint, complete wall repaint
9007Wall DamageHoles in wall, plaster jobs by resident, broken outlet covers.
