The Faculty Fellows Program strengthens the bridge between academic life and career preparation at the University of Mary Washington. Faculty Fellows bring their expertise as educators and advisors into the career coaching space, helping students connect classroom learning with professional opportunities.
What Faculty Fellows Offer
- One-on-One Coaching: Fellows meet with students and alumni to discuss career planning, resumes, graduate school applications, and job or internship search strategies.
