2026 Women’s Leadership Colloquium

UMW welcomes all to attend and participate in the Colloquium. The Annual Women’s Leadership Colloquium @ UMW brings together professionals who support women from all walks of life to learn and grow together.

Navigating Life and Leadership

Women lead in far more spaces than just formal organizational positions. Whether serving as executives, entrepreneurs, educators, mothers, caregivers, volunteers, mentors, artists, coaches, or community advocates, women regularly demonstrate leadership across multiple dimensions of their lives. During this day long event, participants can expect to:

  1. Embrace leadership as a way of being, not just a position.
  2. Lead with greater confidence, authenticity, and self-awareness to improve performance.
  3. Navigate challenges with resilience and emotional intelligence.
  4. Speak with courage and advocate for self and others.
  5. Apply practical strategies to thrive in leadership and enhance wellbeing.

Registration

  • Early Bird Registration- July 1st – September 15th: $199.00 per person
  • Standard Registration- September 16th – October 20th: $225.00 per person
  • Final Registration- Beginning October 21st: $249.00 per person
  • Group Registration- You can also register a group of five or more people from the same organization at the discounted rate of $199.00 per person through October 20th.
  • Student Registration- We welcome and encourage students at this event. The student rate is $50.00. Please contact Anjanie Skornia for a separate registration and payment link.
  • UMW Staff Registration- Any UMW Staff member interested in attending, please contact Anjanie Skornia for separate registration and payment link.

Refund Policy

A refund will be issued for refund requests received at least 30 days prior to the event date. The processing fee will not be refunded. Tickets may be transferred between 30 days and the day of the event; no additional refunds will be issued less than 30 days before the event.

If you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your purchase to another person. Send an email to askornia@umw.edu

Submit your refund request in writing by email to colloquium@umw.edu. Please allow up to five (5) business days to process your refund request.
