Dr. Rebecca Hamm is an executive coach, speaker, and founder of Women Lead Well, where she helps high-performing women lead with clarity, confidence, and sustained impact. She hosts the Joyfully Unstoppable podcast and runs the Women’s Executive Leadership Lab, a membership program for experienced women leaders who want to strengthen decision-making, expand capacity, and lead strategically.


With more than two decades of leadership experience, Dr. Hamm previously served as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Marine Corps University. She led a 50-person team delivering professional education to over 70,000 Marines annually across eight global campuses, overseeing a $47M budget and 24 programs. Her work advanced faculty development, professional learning, and global outreach.


Her career includes senior academic leadership, faculty governance, and international teaching appointments, including roles at Georgetown University and the University of South Carolina. She is a published author and sought-after speaker on leadership and ethics.
