Bio
Beth Williams is a Human Resources executive, facilitator and certified life and leadership coach. She began her career in Human Resources with an international government contracting firm in the DC area, and has worked in various industries throughout her thirty plus year career. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources for the University of Mary Washington, her alma mater.
Beth also has a broad spectrum of leadership experience in the Fredericksburg community, including service as a board member for Rappahannock United Way and Women United. Beth is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Fredericksburg and has enjoyed working as a mentor for the program in the years since then. Beth’s desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others and the organizations in which she’s worked continues to fuel her career and her coaching.
