Bio
Stephanie Lyles has served Topside Federal Credit Union for more than 16 years and currently leads the organization’s outreach efforts as Director of Marketing Outreach. In this role, she helps strengthen Topside’s visibility, community partnerships, and member-focused presence throughout the Fredericksburg region. Known as a local representative of the Credit Union, Stephanie is actively involved in initiatives that connect Topside with businesses, nonprofit organizations, schools, and community leaders.
Stephanie serves on several community and professional boards and committees, including the Chamber’s Network of Enterprising Women Steering Committee, the Chamber’s Workforce Now Committee, the Advisory Board of the UMW Leadership Colloquium, the Rappahannock Goodwill Industries Board, and the Friends of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library Board. She is also active in Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce events and is a Past President of the North Stafford Rotary Club. A 2018 Fellow of Leadership Fredericksburg, Stephanie has been recognized with the Patricia Lacey Metzger Distinguished Achievement Award, the Laurie A. Wideman Chamber of Enterprising Women’s Award, and the National Youth Involvement Board’s Outstanding Delegate of the Year honor. Stephanie is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from George Mason University.
