EIF Events & Important Dates 

Stay connected with Eagles in Flight throughout the 2026–2027 academic year! This page includes important dates for EIF student school visits, Parent Partnership Series sessions, and our planned Spring College Access Experience. 

Please note: Dates are subject to change based on school calendars, testing schedules, and program needs. EIF students and families will be notified of any schedule changes. 

Student School Visits 

Throughout the school year, the Eagles in Flight Flight Crew will visit EIF scholars at their high schools for college-readiness lessons, mentoring, activities, and other program experiences. 

These visits take place during the school day and are for EIF students only. Parents and family members do not attend school visits. 

Parent Partnership Series 

For EIF Parents & Families | Virtual | 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. 

The EIF Parent Partnership Series is designed especially for parents and families. Throughout the year, families will receive helpful information, resources, and practical strategies to support their student throughout ninth grade and their college-readiness journey. 

All EIF parents and families are encouraged to attend. Registration is required.

Spring 2027 College Access Experience 

For EIF Scholars | Spring 2027 

Eagles in Flight is planning a special College Access Experience for EIF scholars. This experience will give students an opportunity to explore college life, academic opportunities, and the college environment firsthand. 

Planning is still underway, and the date and destination have not yet been finalized. 

Once plans are confirmed, EIF families will receive complete information, including the date and destination, transportation information, schedule and itinerary, permission forms and other required documents, and additional participation details. 

No action is needed from families at this time. EIF families will be contacted directly once the College Access Experience has been finalized.
