UMW’s first-year housing deposit deadline is May 1, 2025. If you require additional time, please reach out to your admission counselor or the Admissions Office (admit@umw.edu) to discuss an extended filing date. Your admission counselor will be happy to review your aid, once packaged, as well as any remaining out-of-pocket cost, and discuss additional need-based opportunities with you.
Please note, this is for the $250 housing deposit only. If you wish to pay the enrollment and housing deposit together ($550) please visit the enrollment deposit page.
To pay online, enter your Student ID below and confirm that your name appears on all subsequent pages. By submitting your housing deposit electronically, you are enrolling and your deposit is non-refundable after May 1 (for first-year fall enrollment).

Benefits to paying early include:
- NET ID creation for portal and email access. You will not be able to create your ID until you pay your enrollment deposit.
- Early registration for June orientation dates where you will select your courses for the fall semester.
